Location before suggestion

Every accepted finding points to an exact passage in a particular paragraph or reference. If a proposed replacement changes factual words, numbers or links, the system withholds it and asks you to review the source.

Missing is not the same as unused

A citation may use a form the check does not recognise. A missing match is a prompt to investigate, not permission to delete a reference. Personal communications and secondary citations also need context.

Formatting is only one layer
