You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur fees for the reimbursement.
If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service supplied up to the time when you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.
Immediate performance and expiry
The online checkout offers early performance and therefore requires a separate express request to start during the withdrawal period. This is separate from accepting the terms. Contact us before ordering if you want performance to start after the withdrawal period.
For a paid service contract, the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully performed only if, before performance began, you expressly agreed to the early start and confirmed that you knew the right would expire upon full performance. If the contract is legally classified as the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the separate statutory requirements apply, including the required contract confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Withdraw from contract
No account or reason is required. Identify the order or the part you wish to withdraw from. If you do not have an order number, you can provide the product, order date and ordering email instead.
We email a receipt containing your declaration and the date and time it was received. Any reimbursement is reviewed separately. Other methods of declaring withdrawal remain available.
