How much does a check cost?
A plagiarism check or AI-writing check costs €0.29 per standard page. The combined check costs €0.39 per standard page. A minimum order value of €2.90 applies to every order.
What is a standard page?
The checkout calculates one standard page per 1,800 characters extracted from the document. This may differ from the visual page count in Word or a PDF.
Which file formats can I upload?
PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, ODT, RTF and PAGES are accepted up to 50 MB. Scanned PDFs without machine-readable text may not be analysable.
Which payment methods are available?
The checkout explicitly enables card and PayPal through Stripe. Availability can still depend on the payer’s location and Stripe’s checkout context.
Do I need an account?
No account is required. You provide an email address for checkout and result delivery.
When will the report arrive?
Processing begins after a successful order. The time depends on the file and service availability. Do not rely on an estimated processing time as a guaranteed deadline unless your order confirmation explicitly states one.

Understanding the result
Does every source match count as plagiarism?
No. Correct quotations, references, common phrases and permitted reuse can all be matched. Open the source and inspect the passage, citation and academic context.
Can an AI detector prove that ChatGPT wrote a text?
No. The detector analyses patterns in the text; it does not observe the writing process. False positives and false negatives are possible.
What should I do if my own writing is flagged as AI?
Keep drafts, notes, sources and version history. Ask for human review and explain your process. Avoid deliberately making the prose worse to influence a detector.
Should I aim for a particular plagiarism percentage?
No universal safe percentage exists. A small uncited copied passage can matter more than a larger amount of correctly quoted or referenced text.
Is the report a legal or academic decision?
No. It is a technical analysis. Your institution, examiner or other responsible reviewer applies the relevant rules and makes any formal decision.
